Guiding Light Initiative Phase II- Government Model Primary School, Bhupani

Building on the success of the first phase, we supported Phase II of the Guiding Light Initiative at Government Model Primary School, Bhupani, Faridabad, through our CSR implementation agency, Parvaah. The initiative continued its mission of creating a safer, more comfortable, and inclusive learning environment for students.

This phase focused on improving essential classroom infrastructure, ensuring children have access to a learning environment that promotes comfort, dignity, and better educational outcomes.

Initiative Highlights

Nearly 200 classroom benches were repaired and refurbished.
Non-functional ceiling fans replaced across 15 classrooms

The bench restoration was carried out by a local carpenter from the parents community, creating a meaningful livelihood opportunity while encouraging community ownership.

By combining infrastructure development with community participation, the initiative demonstrated that lasting change extends beyond physical improvements. Investing in both school facilities and local livelihoods helps build stronger communities while creating learning spaces where every child can thrive.
